1.    Agreement on the purchase of single access to Eurotest
This agreement should be read carefully as it constitutes a binding agreement between you and Studieskolen (hereafter 'the Supplier') when you purchase online access to the Supplier's product, Eurotest. The agreement applies unless something else is explicitly agreed in writing.

Eurotest is a cloud-based solution which is available online. Eurotest is protected by copyright law, and online access is sold as a user right. This means that you have only acquired the right to use Eurotest, not ownership.

By purchasing access to Eurotest, you accept the terms of this agreement.

2.    Price
The price covers one single use of Eurotest which is valid for 48 hours. Payment is made prior to the test via the payment solution available on the website.

The prices in force at any given time can be found on the website: https://www.eurotest.me/en.

Payment: You can pay with the following cards: VISA and MasterCard. Please note, that the amount will be withdrawn immediately.

3.    The Supplier's right to make changes to the agreement
The Supplier reserves the right to make ongoing changes to these terms and conditions. The conditions in force at any given time will be displayed on the website.

4.    No right to cancel
You do not have a 14-day right to cancel when purchasing single-use access to Eurotest. This is because you gain access to the test immediately after payment and then have access for 48 hours. If you do not use the test within these 48 hours, you will not be able to access the test later. With your purchase, you thus give your express permission to the Supplier to provide the service (access to Eurotest) before expiry of the deadline for cancelling, which means that you lose your right to cancel.

5.    Limited liability
The Supplier only guarantees that Eurotest, in all important respects, works. The Supplier is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience or damage that occurs directly or indirectly as a result of defects in the product, or the program contained therein. By using Eurotest, you waive the right to claim liability, or make a claim for losses against the Supplier. Furthermore, the Supplier's total liability is limited to an amount corresponding to the purchase price paid for single-use access to Eurotest excl. VAT. Your only remedy for breach is – at the Supplier's discretion – either re-delivery of Eurotest or refund of the purchase price.

The Supplier explicitly disclaims all other guarantees. The Supplier is not obligated to pay compensation, including compensation for operating losses, loss of information or any other loss that may arise as a result of the use of or the non-usefulness of Eurotest.

The Supplier is not liable for damages in the event of inability to access Eurotest, interruptions or anything else due to circumstances beyond the Supplier's control including, for example, internet failure, browser crashes, lightning strikes, power outages, floods, war, strikes or similar force majeure situations.

6.    Rights
When purchasing single access, you obtain the right to one single use of Eurotest. The right of use is non-exclusive. The right of use may not, without the express consent of the Supplier, be transferred to a third party. You may not share your access to Eurotest with others.

You are responsible for ensuring that Eurotest is only used for lawful purposes and that the system is not used to send illegal files and messages to users, malicious software (viruses), etc.

The Supplier owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to Eurotest. Copying the content of Eurotest is strictly forbidden.

The Supplier may terminate this agreement if you do not comply with the terms of the agreement.

7.    Personal data and marketing
The Supplier is the sole data controller for the processing of data that takes place in connection with the Supplier's agreement. The Supplier processes personal data in accordance with the rules set out in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

When you use Eurotest, your name and email, as well as information on your language selection, are collected. This information is processed solely for the purpose of enabling you to use Eurotest. You can read more about your rights and how we process your data in our privacy policy.

All your personal data are automatically deleted from Eurotest after 6 months.

8.    Disputes and jurisdiction
If a disagreement or any other form of dispute arises between you and the Supplier, the disagreement must be resolved through negotiation. If the parties cannot reach an agreement in such a negotiation, the dispute must be settled in accordance with general Danish law before the City Court in Copenhagen as the first instance.
